Acceptable Content Policy

Welcome to AIImageTranslator. This Acceptable Content Policy explains what content may and may not be uploaded, submitted, translated, edited, processed, or otherwise used through our services.

AIImageTranslator is designed to help users translate text contained in images, including screenshots, comics, illustrations, posters, product visuals, signs, menus, documents, and other image-based materials. To keep the platform safe and lawful, all users must follow this policy when using our services.

By accessing or using AIImageTranslator, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Content Policy, our Terms of Service, and applicable laws and regulations.

1. Permitted Content

You may use AIImageTranslator only for content that you have the legal right to use, upload, translate, edit, or process.

Permitted content generally includes:

  • Images you created yourself

  • Images you own

  • Images you are authorized to use

  • Business, educational, research, creative, or personal materials that do not violate this policy

  • Publicly available materials where your use is permitted by applicable law

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any image or content is lawful and properly authorized.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, submit, translate, process, distribute, or otherwise use AIImageTranslator for any content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, the following:

2.1 Illegal Content

Content that violates any applicable law or regulation, including content involving:

  • Fraud or scams

  • Forgery or falsification

  • Threats, extortion, or blackmail

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Terrorism or violent extremism

  • Human trafficking

  • Illegal drug distribution

  • Other criminal activity

2.2 Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation

Any content involving the sexual exploitation, abuse, endangerment, or sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited. AIImageTranslator has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or any similar exploitative content.

2.3 Non-Consensual, Exploitative, or Privacy-Violating Content

You may not use the service for content that violates the privacy, dignity, or consent of others, including:

  • Non-consensual intimate images

  • Private or confidential materials without authorization

  • Leaked personal content

  • Doxxing or personal exposure content

  • Images used to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate others

  • Content that impersonates another person in a misleading or harmful way

2.4 Copyright-Infringing or Unauthorized Content

You may not use AIImageTranslator to translate, reproduce, modify, or distribute content where doing so would infringe the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others, including:

  • Copyrighted artwork, comics, books, or media without authorization

  • Content distributed in violation of a license or terms of use

  • Removal or alteration of copyright notices, ownership notices, or watermarks without permission

  • Unauthorized commercial use of third-party content

2.5 Fraudulent or Deceptive Content

You may not use the service to create, modify, translate, or present content for deceptive or unlawful purposes, including:

  • Fake identification documents

  • Forged certificates, licenses, receipts, or invoices

  • Misleading official-looking documents

  • Fraudulent advertisements

  • Phishing materials

  • Scam-related content

  • False endorsements or impersonation

2.6 Harmful, Abusive, or Hateful Content

You may not use AIImageTranslator for content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates:

  • Hate speech or discrimination

  • Violence or violent extremism

  • Bullying or targeted harassment

  • Cruelty or abuse

  • Self-harm promotion

  • Dangerous or unlawful conduct

2.7 Sexually Explicit or Exploitative Content

Unless expressly allowed by AIImageTranslator in a separate written policy, you may not use the service for:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content

  • Sexual exploitation

  • Non-consensual nudity

  • Sexually exploitative imagery

  • Content involving minors or young-looking persons in sexual contexts

2.8 Malware, Spam, or Platform Abuse

You may not use the service to:

  • Upload or distribute malware or malicious code

  • Abuse, scrape, overload, or interfere with the platform

  • Circumvent moderation, filters, usage restrictions, or security measures

  • Submit automated abusive requests

  • Spam or misuse the service at scale

3. Sensitive Content Restrictions

Certain categories of content may be restricted, limited, or refused even where not clearly illegal. AIImageTranslator may reject or remove content involving:

  • Government-issued IDs, passports, visas, or licenses

  • Financial records or payment-related documents

  • Medical or health-related documents

  • Legal records or court materials

  • Highly sensitive personal information

  • Election-related or politically sensitive materials

  • Content that creates a heightened risk of harm, misuse, or legal exposure

We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether certain content presents safety, legal, reputational, or operational concerns.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content you upload or submit

  • Confirming that you have the right to use that content

  • Ensuring your use of translated or edited output complies with applicable law

  • Reviewing the accuracy and appropriateness of any output before relying on or publishing it

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, formatting issues, or mistranslations. You should independently verify important results, especially for legal, medical, financial, commercial, or official use.

5. Intellectual Property and Rights

You must respect the rights of creators, owners, and other third parties.

You may not use AIImageTranslator in a way that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights. If you do not have sufficient rights or authorization to use specific content, you must not upload or process it through the service.

AIImageTranslator reserves the right to remove content alleged to infringe third-party rights and to suspend or terminate repeat offenders.

6. Enforcement

AIImageTranslator may use automated tools, human review, or both to detect, investigate, and enforce violations of this policy.

If we believe content or activity violates this policy, we may take action at our sole discretion, including:

  • Refusing to process content

  • Blocking or removing content

  • Restricting access to features

  • Suspending or terminating accounts

  • Preserving relevant records

  • Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities or third parties where required or appropriate

We may take these actions with or without prior notice.

7. Zero-Tolerance Violations

The following may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of access:

  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation content

  • Fraudulent or forged documents

  • Serious privacy violations

  • Illegal sexual content

  • Repeated copyright infringement

  • Malicious impersonation

  • Use of the service for scams, harassment, or unlawful activity
